Method 1: (Recommended)  Download and fill out the Absentee Bidder form, then fax it back to us.  

Download and print ABSENTEE/PHONE BID FORM    (if you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader, please install it first)

After printing and filling out the form, please fax it to us at +1 (609)235-9667.   If you prefer traditional mail, our address is on the form. 

Once you are approved for bidding, your bids will be executed during the auction at an increment over the next highest bid, not to exceed the maximum bid you had specified. 

Method 2:  Leave the absentee bids through the LiveAuctioneers website 

Important:  when successful, bids posted through the LiveAuctioneers are subject to the buyer premium posted on the LiveAuctioneers site.

Method 3 (still in the testing stage):  In the online catalog, each individual lot page now includes the "Leave Absentee Bid" link. If you want to leave a bid, press this link. A popup screen will come up showing the bids you have entered, you can adjust or cancel your bid, and it is added to your "virtual" bidsheet. Once done with bidding, use the checkout procedure to send us your bids. You will receive a confirmation email listing the bids you have sent.
